Open up the case and I found out that the arm is faulty. I've asked around and later found out that it'll cost me 5K to recover the data. I've lost memorable photos because of trusting the brand. matblogger, you're lucky to have yours working fine but always backup your important stuff regardless. I learnt my lesson the hard way. I sent it 2 service center bt it took me 1 month time 4 replacement n they din backup any data 4 me. I was very angry wif dis kind of stupid service. Worst is, they juz replace an old/second hand HDD 4 me. I realy hate Buffalo HDD n its customer service in ECS KL. Rmb, nvm buy dis stupid Buffalo HDD products, if nt u may lost ALL ur valuable data inside Buffalo, bcos lousy Samsung HDD inside. RMB, NVM BUY IT !!!
